How long will it take to get my personalized piece?

Because each piece is personalized just for you, these pieces take additional time to complete before we send them to your door. The production time varies depending which personalization options you choose.

Production time is between 30-45 days + Shipping time.

All parts are made to order.

  Delivery Time:

• Deadline for confection: 30 to 45 days. After the payment confirmation.

• (+ carriers' deadline, varies by city and state chosen for delivery)

 

 

Is My BABYLUXXE Purchase Covered Under Warranty?

YES.

Your 90 DAY Warranty covers the repair / replacement of faulty parts or carrier (if extensive) for manufacturing defects such as buckle issue, flawed printing, irregular printing or stitching. 

  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear, and damages arisen from misuse or use not in accordance with the product instructions. Damaged boxes nor mold can be considered as part of warranty. 
  • Warranty does not cover defective product as a result of any circumstances not involved in the manufacturing or faulty parts.
  • We will repair faulty carriers as a general rule within the 90 Day warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, fabric fading, and sewing varieties are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under the warranty. In the event that repair is not possible and the faulty carrier is due to manufacturing defect and not misuse, we will replace it.

Currently we are shipping in North American Both Canada and the US and Europe, if you are an international customer, please chat with us or send an email to inquire about shipping rates!

How to register warranty:

  • Within 7 days of receipt, send us a picture of your BabyLuxxe Purchase along with your Order #.
  • Please note that warranty is not valid without registration.

 

 

What If My Order Arrives Damaged or in Error?

 

Handmade and Customizable Products

Returns on custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are as follows:

Notify the  seller within 7 days of receipt.

Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to Our Own Error, you are also Protected under our Return Policy.

All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

Can I return or exchange my personalized items?

Personalized items are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned, however, our product warranty is applicable.
